Welcome to 2026/2027 Annual Benefits Enrollment!

We encourage all team members to review their benefit options carefully and select the plans that best meet their needs.

It’s almost time for Open Enrollment! From August 24 through September 4, you’ll have the opportunity to review your benefits, learn about what’s changing for the upcoming plan year, and make any updates that best support you and your family.

While many benefits remain the same, there are a few important updates to be aware of, including an exciting enhancement to our medical plan lineup.

Open Enrollment Period: August 24 – September 4  New Plan Year Begins: October 1, 2026

Important Note: Unless you experience a qualifying life event during the plan year, you may not be able to make changes to certain benefits until the next Open Enrollment period. Don’t wait until the last minute. Be sure to review your options and make any desired changes before enrollment closes on September 4.

Premium Updates for 2026 

  • Medical plan premiums will increase for the upcoming plan year
    • We are still offering three (3) plans
    • The Surest Zero Deductible Plan will replace the Choice EPO 1500 Plan 
      • Surest provides a more simplified healthcare experience with greater cost transparency and predictability
  • Dental premiums will remain the same
  • Vision premiums will remain the same
  • For most benefits, passive enrollment remains in place
    • The exception is team members currently enrolled in the Choice EPO 1500 Plan, who will automatically transition to the Surest Zero Deductible Plan if no action is taken during Open Enrollment.
  • Premiums for other benefit programs will remain unchanged
